Spring Fling Workshop
A 2-hour guided movement workshop that will build confidence through a variety of pathways.
Through the use of facilitated prompts, guided pole instruction, freestyle movement and group style discussion, we’ll explore how to tap into your unique confidence and harness your internal power.
This workshop will consist of mini-flow sequences, explore individual creativity and self-expression. We spend alot of time in our minds. This is an opportunity to connect with your body that will build more than just muscle :)
We recommend bringing:
A journal
Shorts, leggings, socks, heels and whatever make you feel confident
An open mind
Experience level:
None. AnyBODY is welcome :)

Flow Into Fall Workshop

As the seasons change, I felt called to host a Flow into Fall workshop. This workshop will consist of mini-flow sequences, explore individual creativity and self-expression, and a twerkout session to let it flow freely.
This workshop will be limited to 8 females. There is a beginner class before the workshop if you want to build skills and tricks. The workshop will consist of structured movement pole flows, freestyle movement and group time to process. We spend alot of time in our minds. This is an opportunity to connect with your body that will build more than just muscle :)
